  • He was rude and arrogant the entire show. Age was not the issue for me; just didn't have a good attitude. Changing the lyrics and making the 'conspiracy' comment were just bad.

  • He was quite angry here. And he performed the song very bad!

  • LOL at when they try to take off his coat and they start fighting over it and seamus is like FGS i'll just get it off!

  • i think he shouldve been joseph, because despite people think joseph is a lovely innocent character, to be truthful he's actually very arrogant, pompous and nasty to his brothers. i do adore lee mead, but seamus would probably have done a better portrayal.

dont go all angry to me people! the reason we comment is BECAUSE of our opinions.

  • @GNH1934 what are you talking about, oozing of arragance and unstable notes, what are your credentials!!!!The moment I heard the last line he had changed I knew he had been offered a contract "I have been promised a show of my own" did this not say it all. My daughter watched him in Evita not long after, she said he was fantastic...........you are so narrow minded to think he left the show when he did, sang the words that he did and had nowhere to go.

  • hmmmm...oozing arrogance and an unstable note at the closing of the song don't go well together...its better to either be humble with unstable notes, or arrogant and sing perfectly.

  • Also the changing of the lyrics was admitedly abit off but hey he was kicked off and annoyed which is understandable but Bill Kenwright who was on the panel has already offered him Evita so he really didnt care. Perfect outcome for all parties and I saw the show 3 times and he was one of the best Che's in Evita's history obviously not beating Mr Essex.

  • Kinda glad Seamus got kicked off early because if he hadn't of he'd never have been given the role of Che in Evita UK tour in which he was spectacular. I was in contact with him regularly whilst he was in Evita and was such a kind, supportive person who inspired me to follow my acting career. He had one of the better voices but in my opinion too gooder voice Joseph which is at best poppy. Love the show but it is the panto of Webber and doesn't require outstanding voices like JCS and Phantom.

  • Epic Seamus.

  • brilliant :)

  • @norwegiangrumblybird Yes! we don't really know if the shadowy puppet masters are real

  • Honestly you guys are being kind of judgmental. for the most part, you people really don't know him or what went on in the show. there is in fact a lot that you don't see on anything like this. Whether or not he had reason to be angry, all this really shows is that he has character. So he didn't just burst out crying or smile in everyone's face. so what? And although I personally am not going to pretend to know a lot about stuff i just don't, his voice didn't sound bad to me.
