@robertgift piglett was my last cats name, but she couldn't play any instruments : )
it takes 30 seconds to hook an airline to the front of the trailer
what a dumb @ss
-
@piglett2195 Thanks Pig. (I had a wonderful, intelligent pet potbellied pig. Piganini played the toy piano.) You never sausage a pig!)
The tow truck driver can't be THAT dumb.
Was he hurriedly getting the trailer out of the way to stop blocking traffic?
Then wouldo the other procedures to release the brakes?
-
@robertgift just run air to the trailer , 2 min. & then it will roll , what a bonehead !!!
-
THAT LOOKS LIKE SOMETHING THOSE GUYS FROM O HARE TOWING WOULD DO
-
Oh my God that was so exciting!! I bet you practiced real Hard with the Horse sound. When I'm behind your Wife I do the same thing and she Loves it
-
the narrator of the video is one dumbass idiot!!!!
-
Tow tucks have lines that hook to the trailer, the airbags might have had air left in them, thereby causeing the brakes on the back axel to release, the front one is only released when the service airline is hooked. Either that, or the brakes on the front axel, as you said, recived damage. This tow truck driver is what appers to be a dumbass.
-
@Chopstcks58 Thanks, Chops. (My wife Chinese!) Would a tow truck have brake lines to attach to a trailer to pressure up and stop the braking?
Why did the rear wheels turn but nothe front wheels?
Because they carried more load and were forced to turn even though their brakes werengaged?
Did the tow truck driver not know how to uncage the brakes? Or is it faster to gethe trailer out of the way and THEN uncage the brakes or have a tractor connect and tow the trailer away?
-
No, the brake on the back axele, only come on when you set the trailer brakes for parking. He should have at least hooked the airlines up.

so much comment from many who weren't at the scene.
As a HD tow & recovery operator, that is one of the dumbest things I've seen in a while. Could'nt spend 2 minutes to cage brakes???

we even asked him if he was going to cage them, he blew us off......so we sat back and enjoyed the laugh.

You have to understand the "Quality" tow company that handled it....kind of an inside joke thing.
