Bob Henry Baber, the Mountain Party candidate for governor of West Virginia, talks with West Virginia Watchdog about the Blair Mountain march, his platform, and the need for Marcellus Shale regulations. Baber, a professor at Glenville State University and former mayor of Richwood, is running against Republican businessman Bill Maloney and Democratic Senate President Earl Ray Tomblin, the acting governor.
