  • How do you know it's a worker doing this and not a boss? And if it was a worker goofing off like this, then his boss is not doing his job, either! No one likes to work with goofs! Unions don't have the power to fire goofy workers--only management does.

  • this is just typical of 714. out of the 20 or 30 times i have worked with them i have had maybe three pleasent experiances. they are supposed to unload at 8 but need a 15 minute meeting about unloading trucks, everytime. and god help you if you need to unload with in an hour of lunch. they need presoak time to wash up. i have had to wait an hour and a half to drop off three small boxes because they were all gone half an hour before lunch.

  • This Teamster was doing nothing wrong. He was just thinking of the fastest, and safest route to take and he kept changing his mind. His decisions kept getting better and better and he finally came up with the best solution. Oh no, they dont show you that though do they.

  • I"m not a teamster, yet I know that a good high percentage of them are hardworking & productive, about 80%. The rest of them ARE infantile, lazy assholes. You will find jerkoffs like this in EVERY place of business. They should be fired. They make everyone else look like morons, teamsters or non-union guys alike.

  • @SocomKing247

Companies move overseas because they can enslave people and pay them in "Walbucks" instead of real money, and give them tent camps on-site so they can live there and work 18 hours a day.

The worst 20% of workers make 80% of the problems, and that is true of management as well.

  • @skarkot

FedEx is one of the worst companies to work for, and NON-UNION not surprisingly.

FedEx is simply put, Wal-Mart on Wheels. (c) ;)

  • That's how much the Teamsters really care about workplace safety. They can't even control or stop a misfit like that jack ball from spinning circles. A lazy prick like that needs fired for wasting time and endangering other employees.

  • yeah well dropouts need unions because they're lazy fucks

  • @hagsvet Hell...at Fedex Freight where I work the worse loads we get in is from Chicago and Hagerstown...the worse terminal Fedex Freight owns...fuckin joke!

  • Marysue...you're an idiot!

  • I work there and it's a f---ing joke

  • why does that suprise you. the city of chgo workers worse than this shit.
