@sesaw7 almost like tokyo, not quite. Greater Mexico City's population is around 25 million. Greater Tokyo and the 23 wards is around 35 million. Mexico City's gdp is around 300 billion. Tokyo's Gdp is around 1.8 trillion almost 2 trillion, almost 2x as much as the country of Mexico and larger than all but 8 countries in the world. However maybe mexico city will catch up. Mexico city is already larger than Chile and Argentina, 2 of south america's major countries

@MorenoMuayThai1 yeah in nominal Gpd we are, In Gpd (ppp) we are actually now the world's 11th largest economy. We have a larger economy than countries like Spain, Canada, and South Korea. we were in the Trillion dollar class not very long ago, like around 2005 or 2006. and now we are in a 1.6 trillion dollar economy and will approach 2 trillion soon!
