sounds sick mate i have a 03 Rolla rockin a 2.25 with resonator, but unlike most i didn't go for the cannon, its a sports muffler hidden under the boot, which causes a nice rebound on the noise, specially at idle, the sound echo's under the car nicely! am contemplating either a turbo or a supercharger(Rotrex seems favourable) might even get super for now then eventually do another engine as turbo spec, then drop it in!

Intake sound is definitely a improvement, but when the car passes by i think i actually enjoy the 2.25 exhaust, less of a floaty/disconnected sort of sound. I would love to see a video of the intake with the older 2.25. I spent alot of time reworking the exhaust on a mki mr2 and i found that the only way to get large pipes like 2.5 to sound good is if you increase the header primary pipe diameter, which then puts the optimal power range in the 9000+ RPM range. Uhg
In short, i like the 2.25
