She smiled up at me.
My heart couldnt help but melt. She was gorgeous.
I felt so out of place with her, like an outcast.
Like she was the queen and I was a servant.
I was smitten by her,
I wonder if she knew.

I held her tighter in my arms, to make sure this was real.
I needed her with me.
I never wanted to let her go.
I wanted to protect her.
From all the world and its surroundings.
I wanted her safe,
I wanted her with me.

He hugged me tighter as I smiled up at him.
Was this real?
I mean, Im definately not the type of girl that falls in love
Better yet this quick.
This is going too fast.
I bet he thinks im abig freak, telling him all my problems.
And crying.
I have to end this,
before it starts.

"Im Sorry." she said.
"You have nothing to be sorry for" I said.
"Yes I do, Youve kknown me for less than a day and Im already unloading on you, You know what.. I should go."
And with that she stood and started walking away.

Did she really think she was getting away that easily?
Haha.. shes cute.

"Oh no you dont." He said, catching up to me as he soflty grabbed my arm.
"Youre not going anywhere. Number one, Im not sure that I want you to leave yet, Number 2 youre in the middle of the woods and you have no possible idea where you and and lastly I think I like you too much to risk you getting abducted."
I studied him for a second. Was he telling the truth?
I mean, he likes me to much to let me leave?
Did he just say that.
Im pretty sure he did. I smiled.

"Alright."




"Come with me" he stated.
"I want to show you something."

He walked up back to his truck, we got in and started driving. The only thing was, we were driving deeper into no where.

Soon we arrived at, what looked like, the place we just were. He got out and started walking. Not saying a thing. I decided to follow. We walked through mud and grass and buds and God knows what else, before arriving.. here.

I stopped and gazed forward. I was speechless.
He stopped next to me and smiled.
"Its beautiful." I said in a fain whisper.
He softly turned to me, the sunset casting the perfect silhouette of him and whispered, "So are you."




The sun was setting, it was gorgeous out.
The way the sun hit her skin made her glisten. Her eyes turned copper, her hair blew with the wind. I couldnt help but stare. She was a beautiful girl, that went without saying. But she was more than that...
She was breathtaking.

I smiled up at him.
Its been a while since someone made me smile.
I'd forgotten what it felt like, to be wanted.
To be noticed.
To be happy.

"Come with me." he said.
I followed.
We entered the house, there was only one room. And in that room, right smack in the middle, was a beautiful black grand piano.

If there was one thing I was good at it was the piano.
And I never pass on a time to shine.




Today.. was a rough day, I needed to let out some anger.
Why not do it positively?
I walked to the piano, it was so beautiful.
It looked like it has barely ever been played.
Slowly I paced myself to start playing..
and before you knew it.. I was playing.
I was singing.
I was letting go.

She walked over to the piano, gazing at its beauty.
It was beautiful.
I knew she played by her hands.
I knew that she sang by the slight rasp in her voice.
But I didnt know that she knew that I knew.
And I definately didnt know she would play for me today.
I thought shed play shy.
She did the complete opposite.

Her hands moved so swiftly against the piano, it was as if they were one.
Ive never witnessed such great playing this close by someone not famous.
And then.. she sang.

With that she had my heart.

Her voice.. it started off slow.
Something heavenly.. enchanting.
Then she gained soul.
She sang with such passion, such emotion..
It filled the room.
You felt her pain.
You lived her pain.
Just through the words of her song.
And the last ones she said would remain in my head for the rest of our life together.

"I just want to be.. happy."
