At around 2:30 PM Pacific Time, huge snowflakes about the size of silver dollars began falling down in droves here in Everett, Washington State. I decided to take this opportunity to film some of this unusual snowstorm. Man, was I glad this snowfall lasted long enough to get some decent video of it. :) Not to mention that this is also the first time I've used my new digital camcorder for anything considerable.
Winter weather like this is actually quite uncommon here in western Washington. We might see a snowstorm with this kind of intensity maybe once every two years or so.
The only thing that could have made this video better would have been to record thunder snow. :laughs: Then again, I have only ever witnessed thunder snow once in my life. Needless to say, that was something I won't forget anytime soon.

Wow, that's really pretty! I wish I lived somewhere with snow, down here in California we never get it. And what fitting music, too!

I live in South Everett but have been in Lake City all day and was wondering of the snow up there. It's bear and dry down here! Lovin' Pacific Northwest snow!
