I love these Monties from the early 80s that have the EPCO circleline buttons and the old-style braille. This one is very remiscent of the elevator at Sears in Aventura mall, although that one has an indicator (and with square "buttons" on the indicator).

I think what that was at 0:19 was the indacator but it looked like it was unscrewed and taken out.

Nice elevator. This one has no indicator though unlike the elevator at the Tanglewood Mall in JCPenney
