Hi SuperSean32, There's no rhyme or reason why Freddy is the fat one. It isn't explained in this cartoon, but he is bi-racial and has a lengthy character biography spread across other cartoons. Since the U.S. is facing an obesity epidemic, and since Freddy was already a chubby character, we thought that he would be the best character to use to discuss the weight issue. Thanks for watching!
