Neponset River Broken Glass Everywhere

Broken bottle glass all over the shoreline of the Neponset River in Boston Mass. I believe private land owners that owned land on the river back in the day dumped the glass there to keep the public from utlilizing the river bank or accessing the river for swimming purposes. As you know land-owners only own up to the high water mark per international maritime law.

Maybe its just wash up from the rest of the Neponset. Since its at the very end of the river it would have the most junk.
