  • @subroto81 ... u sound so biased.... Oh i see u r a Bengali, and u wud be certainly favoring the arrogant and shameless Ganguly.

Idiot show some respect. Azhar was the best Indian Captain considering the fact the kinda unit he used to lead.

Its not about stats all the time. Get a life and grow up!

  • @YOURBHAIJAAN Azhar was a great batsmen but a horrible captain , ganguly and dhoni have much better records than azhar..not personal batting records ,but records of the team winning. Being a good individual player is not the same thing as being a good captain..two different things. Mental aspect and strength is more important than talent. Azhar was talented also the indian team at that time was full of loosers for the most part.

  • a good batsman, a bad man.

  • he shoud say match fixing is b come more papuler now i think he went thear to teach fixing

  • @m0han2003

I never challanged his abilites as a batsman

he was caught in matchfixing , the only reason he avoided criminal punishment like imprisonment etc. on the grounds of technicalities

he is talented no doubt but

he is also corrupt , again no doubt

when politicals themselves are corrupt and than you are aasking me to give a second chance to a corrupt person to be a politician

he is an insult to all those army jawans who die for honor as india as he trade india's honor for money.

  • Kapil was a bigger legend, India's pride.

World Cup in 1983 was a feather in his cap.

5000+ test runs with 436 wickets is a rare

all-rounder feat. No wonder he was selected

as Indian cricketer of the century.

  • hi hmt444, it is you who has to discern; can you prove that he did not score 16-17000 runs,22 test tons all for India ? He was strong in middle-order at a time when greats phased out of Indian cricket - Sandeep Patil, Amarnath etc. ? Am I wrong in appreciating the batting sensation and style and positives of Azhar ? His alleged misdemeanor abruptly killed his career, he has paid. Give him an opportunity to survive and not end up like Cronje. FYI, I never was a congress supporter, never will be.

  • @m0han

becuase of idiots like you , this cheater azhar is in politics,

stupid go and lick his feet , stupid a-hole

  • well as good as it is...There is a kind of suppressed corruption in US. The kind of corruption that is not felt by the middle class. Only the upper and lower level feel it. Rich feel it but it does not matter as they already have a lot of cash in the account. Poor people suffer but no one actually sees that.

For example, the bail out package for the automakers, the CEOs are filthy rich but still want money. Poverty stricken areas are to get more worse. And 700B the number what was the basis?

  • Agreed!!!
