i really don't know who phoebe buffay is but my brother cmae up with the name phoebe and went along with it.

well i know where you can buy some there only like 32$ at petco petsmart 34$ petland 34$ don't forget timithey hay and guinea pig food and a water bottle and a cage and a food bowl and bedding don't get ceder chips it has to much dust and can kill them. buy 2 cause you can't buy 1 then buy anthor or else they will fight so get 2 at the same time but in the same litter.
