This joke can only make sense to those who really realize what it entails. Most of you are just laughing at the over-the-top crudeness of it. "Aristocrat" means to be "a class of persons holding exceptional rank and privileges, esp. the hereditary nobility." And the brutal reality of it is that there are elite sects of Jewish/Satanic families which perform lewd incest sex orgy rituals which often include human sacrifice. Most if not all of the comedians in the video are of Jewish descent.
