  • Are you able to burn and light matches without the use of a magnifying glass?

  • can it burn things without the magnify glass

  • can it light paper on fire?

  • @13jakedrummer i recommend that you buy some laser protective glasses (wicked lasers sells some called laser shields for $30 well worth the cost of your eyes)

  • @marcusBX yes

  • @zurg6 if its the e3 it should be 200 mw if its the e2 than its 100 mw?

  • @13jakedrummer A laser of higher power such as 20mw - 200mw is considered dangerous. Any laser over 5mw can harm the eye. Laser safety is simple. you need to know where to shine it and what will happen if you shine it through a window or a reflective surface. Of course the reflective beam can damage eyes and cause harm. You just need to use logic. you'll be surprised how many idiots don't use logic. "Oh let me shine this 200Mw laser outside" Then shine it through a window and bam reflective beam

  • @przo89 Laser safety glasses are recommended with lasers over class 2 pretty much. It starts to become unsafe for accidental direct beam exposure to the eyes after that. In this particular laser glasses should be worn (also depends on if this is a 100Mw laser), because accidental direct exposure to the eye (The beam hitting your eye directly) doesn't have the quick enough reflex to avoid eye damage as with a little 5mw laser.

  • will it light a cigarette?

  • im a kid and i ordered an E3 200mw green laser and i planed one thing i was gonna do was to engrave my name into the butt stock of a red rider BB gun and i found this and i thought awesome now i know i realy can
