Song Title: Slow Horn Rap Slap 80BPM
I worked really hard on this video, so I hope you enjoy it!
Basically, here's a quick run-down of the whole 301 views freezing "glitch": The thing is, it's not a glitch, it's a system that YouTube uses to make sure people aren't able to generate however many views they want by just refreshing their own videos hundreds or thousands (or millions) of times. Because trust me, if people really did have that control, advertising on YouTube would have a gigantic downfall, and they wouldn't make enough money to support their own site, which would make it impossible to upload anymore videos on YouTube. So just don't trip, no worries, if you see a video or think your video is stuck at 301 views, it's just going through the process. If your video actually does generate more than 301 ACTUAL views, it will update within hours. However, if lots of those views were generated from the same computer/IP address, then it will sit at between 300 and 320 views (usually) until the "actual" view count rises above it. This sometimes also happens at other view count numbers to ensure that people aren't refreshing the page AFTER they get their initial "actual" view count of over 301.
Hope that clears things up for anyone who still had questions.
Anyway, new video coming soon, make sure to hit that subscribe button if you haven't already so you can be updated on my newest videos!

What if u watch a video like 10 times cause u really like it? Do they only count the first view or have some kind of limit?
uhhhhme 1 month ago
@uhhhhme hmm... not sure entirely, but my guess would be: it depends on how often you watched the video. If you watched it 10 times in a row from the same computer, you'd probably only count as 1 view. But possibly if you watched it here and there, maybe every couple days, or maybe even just signing out and signing in later, it would count as more views. Also, I know there are ways of switching your IP address constantly, which if done hundreds of times, could count as more views.

I am going to refresh this video 300 times to block it!

@AssassinSensai by "block" it, you actually mean blocking your IP from counting as real views toward this video, not everyone elses =) unless you meant something different. Anyway, thanks for the view and comment! =D
