James Barbour was sentenced Friday 29 April 2008 to 60 days in jail and three years' probation for sexual encounters with a 15-year-old drama student.

Barbour had fought long and hard after being indicted on nine counts charging him with sexually abusing and endangering the welfare of minor.

But since his joining scientology and practicing the "applied religious philosophy", he has applied scientology "ethics" right down to its true mean. To wit:

Barbour took a plea bargain for a very good reason, its because he was guilty of having sex with a minor and lied about it from the beginning

Then, only a matter of months later, Barbour and his lawyer seek orders to have the victims name published.
This is a typical scientology tactic, to discredit and destroy the enemy.

If people arent starting to wonder that something just isnt quite right about this "applied religious philosophy" that is from the church of scientology, then they need to learn what the church is trying to achieve and suppress.

According to the Post's quotation of the court transcript it was "a down and dirty grope session" with a fifteen year old girl after a performance of the Jane Eyre musical. Apparently it didn't hurt her career. She's starring in some big show now.
