Pues los pasajeros de atras supuestamente son las personas con las que el conductor se esta comunicando, no es que esten dentro del auto.

La velocidad depende del sitio, si te das cuenta se simula una carrera.

No es ilegal hablar por un dispositivo que utilice las manos libres.

Observo 3 errores: (al menos esa es mi opinión)

1) los pasajeros de atrás, no usan cinturón de seguridad.

2) exceso de velocidad.

3) hablar por teléfono mientras se maneja, es ilegal.
