Actually they did, under both Bush and Reagan (you're probably a little too young to remember), before 2006 Consumer confidence was at a 2 1/2 year high, unemployment was at 4.5% and the dow was over 12,000. Since democrats took over in 2006. Consumer confidence is at a 41 year low, Unemployment is at $5.5 (22% increase) and the dow is barely over 9,000. So please, If you're need Obama to take care of you, vote for him, If you believe in yourself and in America, vote for McCain.

the harsh fact is when taxes are raised the value of the dollar goes up

bush cut taxes, how did that work out?

the fact is were in a war that we havent paid for

we enacted an education act that we failed to fund properly

yes, taxes arent fun

but its time for us to pay our bills and grow up

PS I don't watch Fox I don't have cable, I'm to busy working my small business, employing people, and raising my children. I also don't have a big flat screen TV and I don't buy $4 cups of steamed milk with a little coffee in them.

I DO however pay for my own health insurance (not waiting for government) and I am saving for my own retirement (again not waiting for government or even Social Security to be there.)

If you must wait for government to take care of you, please don't take me with you.

Remember, my ill-informed friend, when taxes across the board are cut, the number of dollars into the treasury increase, and when taxes are increased, the amount of money goes down.

we all need taxes increased believe it or not were 10,000,000,000,000 in debt and i know you think that less cash=less money but theres only 1 way to revalue the dollar and its higher taxes the top 5 are the only ones that could make a significant difference in the deficit

currency=capital

poor capital= almost worthless money

but glad to know you can base your beliefs off of fox and watch nothing else

but if you want cuts all across the board im sure it will happen when were using the AMERO!

as much as it pains you that some people will get help

we need higher taxes on those 5% cause theyre the only ones that can make significant dents in the deficit

that 40% are mostly children dumbass

were 10 trillion+ in debt and ur pissing and moaning about 3g's the devaluation of the dollar is costing you more than a 10% raise maybe even a 20

so please do more research than watching Hannities America next time
