You can find out about Kal David & the Real Deal and Lauri Bono on the Internet. A long career has taken Kal all over the world playing for and with the greatest musicians and now thanks to Kath and Rare Earth he has also made it to Vernon BC.
Kal David is an American blues musician famous for his work as a guitarist, singer and songwriter who played with some of the world's preeminent blues musicians as well as for his work in the early 1970s.
Worldwide recognition followed with the creation of their own band, showcasing Kal's abilities as a performer. Two albums for SoulCoast Records, Never a Dull Moment and Double Tuff each met with more critical acclaim and strong worldwide record sales coupled with numerous television appearances, including a one-hour special featuring Kal in Germany.
The early 1990s saw Kal and Lauri's move to Palm Springs, California and the formation of yet another band, Kal David and the Real Deal.
Kal David and Lauri Bono continue to tour and frequently play to sold-out audiences at such venues as B.B. King's Blues Club in Los Angeles and the Mohegan Sun Resort and Casino in Connecticut.
