  • every one that thinks this is not a good idea is wrong so just respect other opinion on the training part of my videos, and maybe you will get a good work out off it ok... One love to all Martial Art trainers ok

  • @TheMythHercules1 I hear its easier to develop callouses if you do something like this every other day rather than everyday. That way your hand heals a bit and then you repeat the process. Do you do it everyday or every other day? I honestly don't know which works best. Thanks. Great Vid!

  • @gobotzgo The body needs time to heal so rest is as needed as training ok... every other day is good ok !!

  • @DizzyDerwish u must be really dumb, i don't think he's trying to prove his technique is superior or any shi.t like that in this video. i think he's just showing how he conditions his knuckles...

    that what i do 46 days so far and i have big difference;-)

    you can also see my wooden dummy 7 days work cost around 60$ ;-)

  • 1 = Rice / bean bag 2= sandbag 3= rockbag 4= wood on brick wall 5=brick wall

  • after doing this exercise for a good couple of weeks my hands have become harder an much more conditioned...im on to punching the brick faster an harder now without feeling pain or sein sheds of blood...thanks for this mate realy helps self diffence wise

  • when u say rest each other day do u mean do a day an rest a day mate?

  • You should just punch heavy bags full force and then bags of rice to develop your bone and wrist strength. Caluses dont prevent broken hands.
