The Mac Pro exposed and bitch slapped

I hope sven88bac can accept the sad truth. He forced me to do it folks. I bitch slapped the crap out of him and the mediocre Mac Pro. I even gave the Dual Quad Mac Pro system a black eye with this video. If you like Your Mac Pro that is fine with me but don't ever tell me I can not build a better system for less money. I will own your ass. End of story!


I show the $349.99 ASUS board at one time when I am talking about the $385.00 motherboard. Any of the motherboards from Asus would work but the one for $385.00 has more memory/RAM slots. The one for $349.99 does have a PIKE slot. There are 3 boards that look very simular. Sorry for the confussion.

One thing people on the PC side of the MVP war don't get it is that people don't buy Macs for their hardware. It's possible to build a PC with better hardware than an iMac or Mac Pro. But the things that set the Macs apart is the OS is more stable and easier to use then Windows. And the build quality of the machine is better than any custom PC you can build. And you don't always HAVE TO HAVE the latest and greatest hardware either. Final cut pro and motion will run just fine on a 2.4ghz MB.

The build Quality of the some of the Apple products come form China just like the PCs. Also I have a Foxconn Motherboard. Apple also uses Foxconn. Premiere Por can run a a 2.4 GHZ laptop but a Dual Xeon system would be better. Perhapse you should watch some of my other videos to see what Premiere Pro can do on a $550.00 system.

Go to Apple's website.

They sell the same machines, with the same outdated videocard, tiny HDD, and rediculous amount of RAM, for the same price.

Even in December (5 months ago) these machines were lagging behind compared to Apple's competitors.

This is what's wrong with Apple's prices.

You get your money's worth when a product is brand new.

But after 6-12 months, when hardware has become better, and dropped in price, Apple still charges the same.....

It's all up to preference not performance so instead of arguing without technical experience because i know most Mac users have no idea what he hell they just bought, most of the time they think its more expensive so it must be better. Don't exclude Windows consumers either, compared to the amount of Mac's bought and amount of Windows PC's bought there are more users that have a Windows PC that have no idea what their system is or does. So smarten up people and actually get some experience.

The only difference is that Mac has a different preference than a Windows PC. By that I mean Mac's OS has a different setup and different build than Windows. The OS not the Computer. Stop arguing over this, i mean i hate mac's because they are the same thing over and over again, they are overpriced and don't say they aren't because you are only kidding yourself, and compared to a Custom Built computer from scratch, even though Mac's are custom built, Mac's cannot compare to one built by hand.

First of all you cannot compare Mac vs. PC due to the fact that Macs are personal computers and it has been stated by the creators themselves. Second, Mac's use third party hardware just like all PC's, this doesn't make them better or worse, it just means they are made up to certain specs depending on YOU the consumer want to buy. Same for HP or Dells. Its entirely up to you. All you are using is a different OS nothing else. Build quality is the same for both Mac's and other PC's.

Why is everyone trying to build a cheaper macpro ?

The computer u just build is slower as a macpro because the macpro uses a logicboard :P not a motherboard ;)

I do prefer Intel over AMD. Ever since the Core 2 Dual architecture in 2006 Intel has had the lead in CPU performance. A 32 bit operating system will not take advantage of the 8 GB of RAM.
