Meet Nhung -- a new Canadian looking to build a new life, and a new enterprise, in new homeland. The problem is, she's facing problems that are all too familiar to small business owners in this country; specifically: border delays. When a big costume order comes into her tailoring shop, Nhung is stuck waiting for a shipment of material to arrive from the US. Instead, she's horrified to learn her product's been sitting in a Customs warehouse for weeks.
