I used on the first layer Redken shades e.q. 8wg & 9aa. The second layer was shades e.q. 3 parts 6wg and 1 part 9aa. The final color was Redken Fusion 1/2 oz. 4gb, 1 oz 3gb, 1/2 oz 5go at 20 vol. on her roots only. For mids to ends I used Redken

Fusion 1 oz 4gb, 1/2oz 3gb 1 oz 5go at 10 vol

It's beautiful, really brings out her eyes. But won't it look strange when her blonde roots start top grow out?

Thanks for the comments. Her natural color is really light brown. She had made herself blonde by using a high lift color and added highlights. Her re-growth will be slight.

I live in new york and every time i go to a salon and ask for light chocolate brown they turn my hair black. I have light-meduim brown dye hair. what level of dye do I need to use to get this. Why that much layers?

I dye a lot of Friends and usally from blond to dark I use Dark red and then dye it brown because off the missing Red pigments. Why do you dye the hair 3 times?
