  • Irish stores are restricted to 30,000 square meters by LAW!

Supose to protect the little hometown retailers................(HAH)

  • I like Market District, it's a shame it's so damn expensive. Seems everything is at least 50 cents more there than anywhere else. I guess you pay for that upscale shopping experience.

  • @IBloodSweatTears

    I like Cnbc.

They show some pretty good documentary's.

  • Is it me or can anyone els agree. First let me start by saying i just saw a billboard that says there are 1 in every 6 Americans that suffer from hunger. HOW. What about the over priced food thats not being sold. The gov will recycle card board, metal, plastic & glass. But what about food for hungry people that live locally. How many pounds of beef, chicken, milk, flour, egss, over priced baby formula, etc end up in the land feilds each week. All this food is not being sold

  • @YiuTeub If you want to watch the whole thing they just posted it on Hulu, just search "Hulu Cnbc" They have most of the CNBC documentary's & shows. Only bad thing is that there are ads but they last anywhere from 15 seconds to a minute.

  • where can I download this episode. Cannot find it anywhere

  • Whole Foods is so much better. Better food, better Customer Service and they treat their team members better.

  • Giant Eagle stinks - and the Market District style is completely unnecessary. I am all for an upscale shopping experience and paying for it, but what Giant Eagle needs to focus on is CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not a million different products or entertainment - how about a sales clerk who smiles or acts like your business is valued? Or perhaps not having to bag your own groceries? Can they offer to take your groceries out to your car? Or a place to pull up in bad weather? Less crowded stores?

  • @Jenellejc There have been comparisons and news stories done at competitors in the area. Giant Eagle is not the highest.....

  • So THIS would be why the groceries are so much more expensive at Giant Eagle stores everywhere. No wonder they have to charge so much.
