The first tutorial of many to come, as promised, using the 28 Piece Neutral Eye Shadow Palette from Coastal Scents! I tried out this new technique, and it's actually really simple! I really hope you guys try this out! I look forward to hearing from all of you =]

i simply love the way you do your make up...i have the same pallette but i havent really used it because i just dont know what colors to use...well i just wanted to know if they still have that contour pallette at coastal scents?
