I remember this show was on during my freshman year in college.....I was 18 turning 19 in the fall of 1999 and would try hard to catch the show. The show was advertised very well on MTV at the beginning , but then afterwards fell victim to MTV uber programming influx, changing the time-slots...never airing marathons.....so much so that most of the episodes I have never seen before, until today.
Thanks for putting this stuff up, its sad such a great show gets canned......

@MsAnonymous103 I say we harass Empty V with messages, telling them to bring this show back and with new episodes! Honestly, this show is way better than Jersey Snore!

This should NOT have been the final episode! It was so disappointing. However, Now that Empty V has brought back Beavis and Butt-head, why not bring back Downtown? Start with a marathon of all 13 of the original episodes, then to a one hour premiere of the new episodes. (And this time, have Alex and Serena actually date!)

Nothing makes Halloween like an LSD tootsie-pop..I mean yeah this show should've had a 2nd season. MTV? More like RTV, what with all the shitty 'reality' shows. And every extension (MTV2 etc.) Is slowly becoming the same. It's fucking stupid, if I want reality I'll go outside not stare at a tv screen.

@KingOfCarrotflowers I think the show was way ahead of its time. If this had aired 10 years later on Adult Swim, it might have at least gotten a second season. I could've seen it being paired up with the Boondocks. The animation style, the non-sequitor flashback/dreamsequences, etc. made this a really cool and original show. MTV never really liked animation anyway. Unless Mike Judge made it.
