nice demo...i'm curious which GFS 90 would get me that early toni iommi tone

digging the brian adams man, good demo.

I'm considering those same p/ups for an epiphone sheraton, but I was considering them the opposite, meaning the mean in the Bridge and the 59 in the neck for a jazzy tone....

@kbass85 Thanks... you know the neck PU does not sound bad and I don't really use the bridge pickup at all. So maybe I will leave it alone. Friend at work told me to put Seymour's in it. For now I am dealing with lots of feed back.. Any suggestions? Thanks for responding. I love the guitar cause its so PRETTY!

sounds like the neck and bridge are wired out of phase

@den098 yeah, it does have similar characteristics, I have heard that before. I recently wired in a phase switch, to check and see. It sounds even worse out of phase. I guess the two pickups just have an odd tone when played together in parallel like they are in the video. It is a humbucker sized single coil mixed with a legit humbucker, I guess that is what you get...

Which do you think would sound better in the neck? A Vintage 59 or the mean 90. I was also thinking the dream p90's for my new ag75 would sound good too..

@markerf16 It depends on how warm you want you neck pickup to be. The mean 90 seems to have a good amount of upper mid but lacks in the lower mid. The dream 90 should have a little less high end, since they are wound hotter. I personally am going to put the other stock humbucker back in the neck so I can get a little more variation. The mean 90 in the neck and V59 in the bridge don't really offer enough variation IMO
