It's "The Reason Why" by the Dolls. It came out on Toy and then on Loma records. Great song!

Great group and a great song. This was actually the flip to "And That Reminds Me" on Loma, although I'm not sure it was the flip on the locally-released Toy label (was that a Texas label?)
