nice clip, i was on there. sadly enough my job keeps my inside most of the time, but i got a couple of glimpses of the beautiful highlands when i could.

This is a great video. Back in 2006 I worked for a contractor on the navy base in Victoria B.C for about 9 months and I always enjoyed watching the frigates steam in and out of the harbor. Thanks for filming it.

What a beuti!
i remember when i was 7 years old i was aboard that ship
my best friends dad is a cook for the ship, i havent seen him in 10 years i think its about time i go back to halifax and pay a well deserved visit to this ship again, its going to be weird climbing aboard a ship after i did all my infantry work.
