might full disclosure of the facts hurt the public opinion? what is "threat" another word for in the matter? if some "threat" groups can use their collective intelligences to attack banking systems, how sure could we be that the US government or banking system, both fairly in some bit of a mess, will not mis-use solutions to the problems?
