Best exercise I've done to target obliques. I can actually feel this after I do it. Keep it slow and keep it controlled.

Nothing wrong with steak one in a while? Are you serious, if you buy lean steak and cut all the excess fat off the edges then the steak is one of best sources of protein for building/maintaining muscle mass. So what I'm saying is that eating steak (lean steak, not steak with fat all inside the cut) once a day or a few times a week is great.
