In this awesome trailer for Dead Space, you find out that the monsters/demons/horrors that lie awaiting in the darkness are your former friends and coworkers - loved ones if you will. Unfortunately, you have to kill them or suffer a horrible death.
This is looking like a game that will answer the prayers of those who like to have the hell scared out of them. I for one, have been really itching for something to make me so creeped out that I have to leave a night light on. Dead Space looks like it might do the trick com October 21st.

@RagatagPictures LOL bro i was going to that door and i see the shadow walk past it i freaking turn around shouting my gun ROFL nothing was thre and when i turned around to the door i opened there was a freaking monster i SCREAMED and shot every round in my clip loolollolol

My 5th playthrough on my EASY file still scares the hell out of me, just that you know a lot more about what to expect.
I'm not even up to the second mission on IMPOSSIBLE yet, their too tough and trust me, that makes it a hell of a lot scarier. The harder it is, the more you get out of it.

Bit of advice.
If you get scared on your first playthrough just keep playing becuase i bought it and after the first scary bit didn't play it for weeks but once you get past the first chapter its fun. The scariest bit for me is when you go towards a certain door and a shadow walks past you, that and the woman screaming. I crapped myself.

Does anyone get the shit scared out of them the first time they play a game liek this but on a the 2nd playthrough you don't get scared at all
