This ethnically rich culture has brought an authentic Ethiopian Cuisine restaurant to Spokane, Wa. It's location in the Flour Mill makes it not only accessible, but tempting, especially during the lunch hour! You can opt to enjoy your meal with friends and eat as they traditionally do, with their hands from one plate...or you will be provided the usual utensils on request.
Almaz, a native of Ethiopia, is very warm and welcoming and takes great pleasure in sharing information about her homeland and it's customs.
WOW! do they really use all those spices? Yummy. So glad I live near Spokane. I don't think it's easy to find true ethnic food, and this must be, after all the cook does not exactly look like she's from around here! A comment to the video maker, you did a wonderful job of making a video with details that is not boring. I was surprised when I looked and saw the length of it- so much detail. thank you, I hope they realize this is a good review for them; did they hire you to do this video?

I would like to taste this food with my taste buds not that I've experienced this with my eye's!

The more I look at these wonderful spices, the more I want to visit this restaurant and taste her ethnic food. I see that it's in the old Flour Mill in Spokane. I'll write a review on the food later, after I've been there.
