It doesn't really take talent or skill to do this. But it takes something that can't be learned to do this entertainingly and successfully - Personality, charisma and stage presence (not to mention zero inhibitions).
he's very entertaining, and I can't help but like him.
But he has no place in this show. In terms of entertainment I think he's actually above it.
I would hire him for entertainment at a friends bucks party, 'cos he looks like a really fun person. But i wouldn't hire Simon.
