I like the gadget you were using but was always concerned about how safe it is to use, when you use it on chicken, do you put it in the dishwasher to kill all the salmonella from the chicken? How do you wash the inside of it? Thanks so much. Great video.

Yes, it is completely dishwasher safe. I only learned of the product after being asked to produce the video, but have been using the impressor ever since for everything from chicken to steak. It's really cool, and really works as promised. And, Ed is a really nice guy and knows everything there is to know about cooking meats.
