    Taxes aren't what's killing them, so much as the cost of health insurance. The small/medium/large business that contract with the government are also part of the problem. Cut DoD budgets by 1/3. That would pay for quite a bit.

    Yeah, and we don't really need an LGBT coordinator in every public school.

    Perhaps lay off the futile war on drugs? How's that been working out?

    Government spending on roads, rail and energy infrastructure would have massive long term benefits economically.

  • If you did the right thing to create jobs then the unemployment benefits may not have been needed to be extended. Cut taxes so business can hire, and please, no more money for any more government jobs cloaked as stimulus .... downsize like the rest of us or get out of the way.
