Le Chef de Cuivre - Chocolate Mousse

"Le Chef de Cuivre" (The Copper Chef) is a fictional television program in which Le Chef de Cuivre and a guest chef make a French dish. In this episode (the only epsiode) Le Chef de Cuivre and the invited chef make Chocolate Mousse (all while speaking in French.)

This video was a project that I shot and edited for my friend (Le Chef de Cuivre herself) for her French class. Enjoy!

(PS - Sorry about the whole finger-over-the-camera-lense thing around 1:46! As you've probably guessed, I'm not a very experienced video maker.)

Mettez des écorces d'oranges confites dans votre mousse et je vous promets qu'elle sera délicieuse.

Put some crystallized oranges peels inside your "mousse" and i promise this will be very very delicious.

you can drink a Sauternes, a white Bordeaux wine very delicious too !!!! HAHAHAHA
