Overhead Heating(infrared) would be legal in the State if scaffolded properly. Maybe solicit nearby companies(with shut-down heaters) that are about to fold financially, and DO it the heck to IT!

@Emidretrauqe We the people have the right to insist that police do what they are paid to do "Protect Citizens" now that they have shown they can reclaim a park they now can go reclaim our (15trillion) money. The minority of New York police officers have been responsible. But an unfortunate majority has not been. As the amount of police officers have grown, this has created an intolerable situation. Some rights are absolute, and with every right comes responsibility. The first amendment gives every New Yorker the right to speak out, and in doing so it gives people the right to sleep in a park or otherwise take it over, as long as others are peacefully allowed to share it. Which they have been.
