@tankexmortis I play with bobbing on, and I set the speed to x2 normal, it looks laggy but it really isn't

I use windows xp... I have never touched the settings, this is how it has always looked for me, and I don't see a problem with it.

You got the music almost right,that music is played only for a little while, it switches to different music when walking around inside freeport, I can go pull from my EQ if anyone cares.

I really like that particular song, so I just chose to play it the whole time, some of the other ones are annoying imo
