in the video, she says "Sooner or later you'll be screwing around" and he sings "I won't do that" Maybe "That" is the that they are talking about? Love MeatLoaf
its funny because when you are younger you are aways thinking what the he is he talking about, he won't do that? what is that? and then you grow up and you realize that "that" is different for everybody. this song will remain aways a classic :)
I've gone over the posts and would like to make some corrections. His character is not a vampire but a demon biker who escaped from hell. The Bat out of Hell trilogy is not based on Beauty and the Beast. In 1974 Jim Steinman wrote a musical play for an art workshop project. He later collaborated with Meat Loaf to turn the script into a three album rock opera Bat out of Hell I, II, & III And that is the true story behind the Bat out of Hell trilogy
the voice you hear is the original voice heard on his classic album Bat Outta Hell It's a very haunting and melodic sound that blends so well with the rough exterior of Meat's voice There are very few blending of voices that can create a complete and unique sound This is one of them and when it's gone it can never be replaced
Are you saying this video is making the reference? Because the two women in the bed are "Muses", not vampires, preparing the girl to go see the Beast. It's actually a Beauty and the Beast reference.
