i go back of the ledge with the warthog get the scorpion and snipe him from the bottom of the ledge with a rocket

You can use the camo from a bit earlier in the level and run like hell to the Banshee. You may have to take out the Elite that usually hops in it but w/e

for the second achievment i just saw that banshee, said "Hell Yeah." and ran for it. what a pleasent suprise for me when the achievment popped up!

for the banshee, you could just use a rocket launcher and shoot the banshee, it doesn't deal that much damage on it, seriously I've done this on the first Halo before Halo 2 came out..or the others.
