  • abs arent just training. Mostly they are diet related. Everyone has abs, but most people under a big pile of fat.

  • @eddiefogerty exactly, just about every muscle group will be covered with a layer of fat if your over weight not just your abs dieting is important to see definition from any muscle

  • this is useless exercise, not even campare to dragon flag, hanging crunch.

  • @JocicNicol Proper form has something to do with my physique? He has his hands behind his head which can lead to pulling on it forward, straining the neck. I don't see why this seems to be so far out there.

  • Faaabin is right really, just because his abs are great doesn't mean he's doing them right, I've been doing ab workouts for around 6 years now and the look awesome only problem is that I have fucked my back in the process. Thus meaning just because his abs look great ain't mean one little bit that it's doing the rest of his body any good
