Album Info: A compilation soundtrack album by composer Shunsuke Kikuchi.

This album is considered a must for DBZ collectors, as it contains the extended version of Chikyū Marugoto Chô-Kessen that features the music that played as Goku formed the Genki-Dama. As this would later become the de facto theme for the Genki-Dama, notable for its "Dun-Dun-Dun" styled beat.

That is non-Japanese DBZ soundtrack. You might find it on the American BGM albums of DBZ by Bruce Faulconer. I must say I do not like much the U.S.A. own-made BGM version for DBZ since it just feels not right (at times), then again I grew up watching DBZ with its original soundtrack, but those who watched DBZ in English in the early 00's on Toonami (CN) which I know they enjoyed it and I respect that. But never dare to compare the great original DBZ OST with the American BGM or insult it.

I meant original DBZ by having the show with its true music background soundtrack from Japan, since like me, I grew up watching DBZ with the Mexican dub with its original Japanese soundtrack, unlike in the early 00's here in the U.S.A. which they scratched the Japanese soundtrack with its own (I think they could not get the copyrights for the original Japanese OST at that time) and yeah, I don't hate, hate the USA OST version, but it just does not feel right, for me that is. So yeah, lol.

Oh man, what is that theme at 5:18? I remember hearing a different version of that in the Bardock and Tree of Life movies, with more orchestral bombast. Great villainous music.
