@UFCextra It won't be a Serious M3 and C63 AMG competitor if they do that...
The ATS is not trying to be a muscle car...Cadillac is striving to be America's answer to German luxury perfromance. The Germans are going to forced induction V6's in this segement and Cadillac will to. The M3 is the current king with RWD so we can expect the ATS-V to also be RWD. Sorry if you want muscle cars buy a Camaro

I have driven Caddy's before and Bmw's. I am waiting to see what the
reviews will totally be for this new CTS in Germany.
