@ichigo01923 the problem is thet there is not a "way out" in many of those situation...like in the desert one they stop moving their head and that probably means that they died there...I sense there is something deeper...but I gannot still grasp it's true meaning....

@1r0zz uh i dont think so i think they smile cuz you have to be optimist even in the worst situation you must smile nad try to get a way out of it doesnt matters how bad are the things you will find a way out of it at least thaats what i think and it ahs sense for me

why this ending make me feel uneasy?
so in this ending we see the titular character of the anime die in more horrible death: car accident, demon, spinning blades and least but not last starvation(!)
and there are also creepy details like the shakes of fear with the demon and the skinny libs in the last... AND THEY KEEP SMILING. it's pure nightmare fuel these credits...
