  • I bought a D100 on a bid site and have tried three different lens on it and still have not got a picture as of yet. I have the camera set up to auto as much as one can but ever picture comes out washed out as if light was coming in some how or the shutter is opened to long. very bright images on every shot. Please advise if you would.

  • @dblack321 Not to worry. I think I know what that is. Auto does not work quite the same as simple cameras on the D100. There are a few things to check for. Forst of all you can check what ISO setting it is on at the moment because in Auto as far as i can remember, it will not change this. Try setting ISO to 200. Let me know if this works first and then we will try the next step.

  • how much does it cost now ? the D100 ?

  • @midophotographe You can possibly obtain 1 on ebay now for £100 or less actually. But I see you are from Morocco so I dont know what the currency is there. Is it Dirham? If so then I have worked out about 1,270.80 MAD. Hope this helps.

  • can you record video with this?

  • @JustMeSkating Unfortunately no. I sold this recently as i now have a newer model. Will be posting more photos soon. Thanks for your question, hope this has helped.

  • Good Photos... I Have A Problem, When I Try To Focus On An Object Itll Blur It Out And Sharpen The Background. I Think I Tried All The Setting But I Got No Luck

    I Have A Tamron 28 - 80 Aspherical AF

    Help Please

  • @XitzpatX The D100 is a little better than the D70. It also feels better for those with larger hands. If you were to compare it to Canon, it would probably be around the 10D, but the 20D is still comparable. The thing is, when you're choosing a DSLR, you're pretty much going to be stuck with that brand. If you go Nikon, you'll have to buy Nikon lenses, or lenses with Nikon mounts. Same goes for Canon, or any other DSLR manufacturer.

  • im new to the digital slr world and im planning on getting a good second hand dslr. which is better a D70 or a D100 or mabey a canon 20D

  • 0:20 Is just beautiful! I'm not an expert, neither I know much about this but there's so much atmosphere, keep up!

  • I was considering upgrading to a D5000 from the D100 and Fuji FinePix S3 Pro my dad lets me use. However, seeing these pictures has swayed me to give the D100 another shot. Unfortunately, the light sensor is off I believe, it has a terrible white balance / dodge in many cases. Many of these must have been touched up in post-processing, regardless they're gorgeous. Just wish the D100 shot at a higher res, it doesn't seem to have much detail. Maybe I've been using the wrong lenses though. Good vid
