  • when bubble has broken, it causes the neurotransmitters to come out throughout from presynaps to postsynaps and sit on the transporter, making the Ca2+ gate opened and Na , Cl can come inside.

    Chloride is the inhibitor, or we can say IPSP ( for relaxation muscles ).

  • The flood of ions in one place opens another ion channel further down which causes another flood which opens another ion channel further down . . . and so on, all the way down to the end of neuron.
