that was very unprofessional, regardless if they get "alot of dead body calls" the operator should have handled that in a professional manner, instead of asking if he's "dead" he should have asked for location (regardless if he could trace it) or ask if he check to see if the cousing was breathing or something else... ugh this just makes me angry
