  • Terrible form, terrible range of motion, annoying voice. Really, this video has it all.

  • @filthygerman027 two different exercises bro. using your legs and hips to drive up the press is a "push press". also if you take it one step further it becomes a "jerk press".

    if you want to do a legitimate military press. keep your legs and hips immobile, tense your core, and push the bar up in a vertical path over your head. a lot of people if they struggle with the last couple reps of a military press set will start pushing to get past the beginning part of the ascent and hit the delts

  • I need some tips, i do military presses with split feet, is it okay to use your legs for momentum to help drive the barbell overhead?

  • @vpxsports the measure isn't the ear or anything else, people have different arm lengths, the measure is the 90 degree elbow angle.

  • improper technic, you should learn the good form from Powerlifters or Crossfit people...
